When you place your order, your website is assigned to one of our ongoing promotional specialists. Your specialist will take the time to visit your website, familiarize themselves with the products, services or information that your business provides and develop a marketing plan that best suits your business. A phone consultation with your specialist will explain the marketing plan to you for your approval. Your specialist then promotes your website all month long utilizing the advertising methods best suited to your business and the market you are trying to reach.
After reviewing your website, offering suggestions for your website (if needed), researching the market, checking out your competitors etc., your specialist will custom tailor an advertising campaign for your website based on your specific products or services and the audience that your website targets. Then What ? Your specialist will then start your advertising campaign untilizing the advertising methods that have been discussed with you and identified as the most effective for your business.
Promotional Specialists work with a limited number of clients. This affords them both the time (and the energy) to actively promote their clients. We do not believe in assigning too many clients to each individual specialist as we feel that it would reduce the quality of service, our personal business relationship with our clients, and result in poor results for your business. Currently, each of our specialists average 4 clients at one time. They can only carry a maximum of 6. Your ongoing promotional specialist keeps in regular contact with you via phone and/or e-mail regarding your campaign, how your website is being marketed, and to answer any questions you may have.
Will my rates ever increase ? Our current rates are $349 per month and are based on a monthly subscription service. As long as you maintain your monthly promotional services with us, your rate will never increase. If you cancel your monthly promotional subscription and then wish to restart it at a later date, you will pay the current rate at the time you restart your services with us.
Are there any additional fees ? Although our services are deemed as near all inclusive, there are a few items that there is an additional fee for. Some of these are... Production of 30 second audio commercials-$19 Design and Printing Of "Card Deck" Ads- Varies based on project AdWords Funding Set-up/maintenance fees for some sub-contracted services NSF/Insufficient Fund Charges- $30 charge for returned checks each instance, $5 Paypal Rebilling fee
I currently pay XYZ Company twice as much to advertise with half the results. How can you be so inexpensive ? Wild Voltage maintains affordable rates by partnering with other strategic websites that offer us a discount on their "ad space" because of the volume of space we purchase from them. We can also keep our rates lower because many of our services are "in house" and we avoid paying the "middleman" for services we provide to our customers directly. Furthermore, we are able to keep our services affordable by utilizing unique "ad sharing" techniques. For example, the cost of our toll free home business hotlines is shared by all advertisers advertising their businesses on that particular hotline.
